We are a pet free, smoke free environment.  Smoking is permitted on the patio. Deposits: 50% must be paid upon making the reservation.  Balance is due upon arrival. deposits are refunded if cancellation is made 30 days before date of arrival less $40 administration fee.  We will try to re-rent space that is cancelled within the 30 day period. Deposits can be made by personal cheque, travellers cheques, cash or visa.  Final payment to be made by travellers cheques, cash or visa.
